Italian baked eggs

On a sunday evening when your so full from a big family lunch and your hungry but not that hungry this satisfies that special kind of hunger. ..Italian baked eggs but my version contains a bit of a twist. I like to spice things up and add my own ingredients so my version of the Italian baked eggs has an Indian take on it...not to much spice but enough to get you going!
RECIPE:
2 eggs
1 tsp oil
1 tblsp milk
Salt and pepper to taste
A pinch of mixed herbs
A handful of grated cheese (any type will do)
A chilli sauce /marinara sauce
METHOD:
grease a ramekin or any dish you can put in the oven with the oil. Cover the base of the dish with sauce. Crack the two eggs on top of the sauce. Then sprinkle the salt and pepper to add and sprinkle the milk over. Layer the cheese over and sprinkle mixes herbs over it. Bake till egg whites are fully cooked.
